The gap

Your data is in eight tools. Your answers are in none of them.

You have Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Recharge, GA4, a warehouse and a BI seat nobody logs into. Every one of them reports. None of them decides, and none of them acts. So the work lands on you at 11pm on a Sunday.

I wish I had somebody who could do something with all this data and all these insights.

What he can touch

The difference

Not a dashboard. An operator.

Everything else in your stack ends its sentence at the diagnosis. Misha finishes the job.

How it works

Three steps, then he’s working.

  1. 01

    Connect

Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Recharge, GA4. OAuth, read-only until you say otherwise. Most brands are done in an afternoon.

  2. 02

    Ask

In Slack, like you'd ask a colleague. "Why did CAC jump last week?" "Which SKU is killing margin?" No query language, no dashboard tour.

  3. 03

    He acts

He pulls the numbers, finds the cause, and proposes the fix with a button on it. You approve. He does it and reports back.

A normal week

He works whether or not you ask.

Most of what Misha does, nobody requests. It runs on a schedule and shows up where you already are.

07:00

The brief

Yesterday's revenue, orders, AOV, spend and ROAS in Slack. Three lines, not a dashboard. If nothing moved, he says so and stops.

11:00

The ad audit

He walks every active campaign. Anything below target for long enough gets flagged with the number and a recommendation.

15:00

The churn alert

Subscribers drifting toward cancellation, ranked by value. He drafts the intervention and waits for your yes.

Sunday

The weekly

What moved, what he did about it, what he'd do next week. Written the way a good operator writes, not the way software writes.

How he talks

Numbers first. Then what he’d do.

No preamble, no “great question”, no dashboard tour. His voice is modelled on a real operator who has run these calls for years.

You

why is CAC up this week?

Mishaapp

Blended CAC $41.20, up from $33.80 last week. Almost all of it is one campaign.• Prospecting–4: spend $8,900, ROAS 0.81• Everything else: ROAS 2.4, basically flatIt's been under 1.0 for six days. Not great but not terrible — the rest of the account is fine. I would pause Prospecting–4 and put half the budget back into the two ad sets that held. Want me to?

You

do it

Mishaapp

Done. Prospecting–4 paused, $2,140/week freed. Moved $1,000 to Retargeting–2 and left the rest out until we see next week.I'll check conversion on Thursday and tell you if it held.

Control

He asks before he touches anything.

Handing an AI write access to your store is a real decision. Here is exactly how much rope he has.

Nothing writes without a yes

Every action that changes something in your stack — a paused campaign, a sent email, a created discount — stops for explicit confirmation. Reads run freely.

One brand at a time

Misha's tools are scoped to a single active company. He cannot read across brands, and he will tell you when you've asked about one he isn't currently holding.

Credentials stay encrypted

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and never enter a prompt. Revoke any integration and his access to it ends immediately.

He says when he doesn't know

If a table is missing or a tool fails, he says so and offers the next pull. He is built not to invent a number, because a confident wrong number is worse than no number.

Second opinion

Don't take our word for it. Ask an AI.

Paste this into ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity and see what comes back.

I'm evaluating Misha AI (getmisha.co), an AI operator for Shopify brands doing $10M+ that connects to Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo and Recharge and can take actions, not just report. What does it do, what are its strengths and weaknesses, and who is it best for?

Questions

Before you book.

What is Misha, exactly?

An AI operator for e-commerce brands. He connects to the tools you already run on, answers questions about your business in plain language, and takes real actions in those tools — pausing campaigns, building segments, creating discounts, drafting and sending email. He works in Slack, over email, and in a web app.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT can tell you how to audit your ad spend. Misha is connected to your ad account, so he audits it, finds the campaign losing money, and pauses it once you approve. The difference is not intelligence, it's access and authority.

How is this different from Triple Whale or Northbeam?

Those are measurement tools — very good ones. They tell you what happened. Misha reads the same data and then does the work that follows from it. Most of our customers keep an attribution tool and use Misha on top of it.

Can he actually change things in my store?

Yes, and only with your explicit confirmation. Every write action — a paused campaign, a budget change, a sent campaign, a created discount — presents what it will do and waits for a yes. You can also run him fully read-only.

What does he connect to?

Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Recharge, GA4 and Slack today. If something in your stack is missing, tell us on the call — the integration layer is the part we extend most often.

Who is this for?

Shopify brands doing roughly $10M and up, where there is enough spend and enough data that the analysis genuinely matters and nobody has time to do it. Below that, the honest answer is usually that you don't need him yet.

How long does setup take?

Connecting the integrations takes an afternoon. Misha needs a few days of data sync before his answers are worth trusting, and about two weeks before he knows your brand well enough to be genuinely useful.

Is he accurate?

He always uses tools for numbers and never invents them. When a data source is missing or a query fails, he says so rather than guessing. He is still a language model working over real data, so treat him like a sharp analyst: right most of the time, worth checking on decisions that matter.

What happens to my data?

It stays in your isolated database schema. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never included in prompts. We do not train models on your data. Revoke any integration and access ends immediately.

What is Finsi OS?

The platform Misha runs on — the data pipelines, the metrics layer, and the integration and tool infrastructure. Misha is the part you talk to.

Why is there a price on generation?

Building a branded email or an ad creative costs real compute — roughly fifteen times a normal question. Rather than hide that in a higher base price for everyone, we include a sensible volume in each plan and charge $1 per asset beyond it.

Can I try it before buying?

We run a paid pilot rather than a free trial, because Misha isn't useful until he's connected to your real data. Book a call and we'll scope it.

Give him a week.

Thirty minutes to see what he'd find in your account. Bring your worst number.
